Payment Policy
- Crypto currencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin cash, Litecoin will be paid through Coinbase or other 3rd party provider.
- Wire transfer via Bank are acceptable. Please contact support@senseminers.com for the bank information.
- All products on www.senseminers.com are priced in US dollars.
- All price is fluctuating depened on Market activity.
- The total amount of BTC will be shown at the step of checkout as Bitcoin has a volatility price.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are not allowed after the order has shipped, all sales are final in accordance with industry standard.
- No refund is admissible after the order has shipped, all sales are final in accordance with industry standard.
- No return is admissible after the order has shipped.
- The confirmed order can be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping.
- The confirmed order is cancelled after payment, cancellation charge shall be 5.9% of total amount of the invoice.
- If you return product without permission from Sense Group Trading Limited, there'll be a surcharges 5.9% of total amount of original invoice.
For refurbished products
- Before shipping – Strict quality inspection and carefully packed.
- Refurbished products mean that all miners are replaced by new fans ( if capable) including cleaning of filters.
- We offer repair services including replaced with hash board or control board.
For new products
- A 180 days warranty is provided starting from the shipped date.
- Before shipping – Strict quality inspection and carefully packed.
- Within warranty period – Free repair/replacement service.
- After warranty period – There will be repair/replacing cost incurred.
- After-sale support – Technical support and repairing service are available 16/7 for the full-life of the miner.
Unwanted goods
- In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let us know you want to return them within 3 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them. Any free gifts which may have been sent must also be returned. If the returned item(s) affect any promotional discount or offer then this will be adjusted in your refund.
- We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them.
- To return goods please obtain an return number from Customer services on support@senseminers.com
- You must return the goods to us within 3 days of telling us you no longer want them. The return is at your cost, and you need to make sure the goods are properly packaged, and sent with a reputable courier, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit before they reach us. You may wish to insure more expensive items. You have the option of using our courier at discounted rates.
- Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). If your order was eligible for free delivery, then no refund for postage can be applied.
- We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if the seal has been broken on any parts. If the silver strip on the back of your Software Product Activation Key card has been partially or completely damaged or removed or if the goods were a special order to your specification, for instance a PC system built to order.
- we cannot refund for miner systems that settings has been edited and used for other purposes that it supposed to be used.
